This hearing is about the second investigation by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) into Dr. Rochagné Kilian. The allegation listed by the CPSO is 'Committed an act or omission that is disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional'. The primary focus of the case is on Dr. Kilian’s refusal to provide records of her treatment of patients, during the first investigation by the CPSO. In actuality, Dr. Kilian and many of her patients were in agreement about protecting the confidentiality of the personal medical records, and even took their own case to court to protect those records.
